Jesus Sira's violin promotes Latin American and Venezuelan music at "La Flor de Venezuela" in 2012.

As part of his research and dissemination of Latin American and Venezuelan music through the violin, Professor Jesús Sira held a series of concerts in 2012 featuring traditional Venezuelan instruments.
Part of this cycle was directed to his music students and the community of the city of Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela, which is considered the musical capital of Venezuela and the home state of great musicians such as the famous Orchestra Conductor Gustavo Dudamel, current Director of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the guitarist Alirio Diaz, the tenor Aquiles Machado among others.
A varied traditional repertoire was performed on August 18, 2012 at the Auditorium of "La Flor de Venezuela", together with violinist Francisco Diaz, Narciso Diaz with the cuatro, Juan Carlos "Tito" Pineda with bass and Oswaldo Álvarez with percussion, one piece of the program, "Saima", was performed with a high professional level.
